Where are meetings held?

Here at our office in Fleet, but we are happy to arrange virtual calls or a face-to-face meeting in your home.

Do you have parking?

Yes, there is parking available right outside.

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?

No, this meeting is held at our expense.

What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?

It can be helpful to bring along any relevant paperwork relating to existing policies or plans, if available. Also come armed with questions! This is your opportunity to get to know more about what we do and how we can help.

How long should I allow for an initial meeting?

Between 1-2 hours.

Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?

No obligation at all! This is simply our chance to determine whether we’ll be a good fit.

How can I book an initial meeting?

Are you independent?

We have chosen to work with The Openwork Partnership, and in doing so we are part of one of the largest networks for financial advisers. Although we operate on a restricted model, we like to think of it as best of breed. Our network have done extensive research to get the very best providers for our clients needs.

Are you regulated?

Yes, we are regulated by the Financial Conduct authority. You can view our entry on the FCA register here.

Can you advise on Final Salary/Defined Benefit transfers?

We offer a referred Gold standard pension transfer service within our network.

What happens if my Financial Planner is away on holiday?

You will be looked after by another member of our team.

What do you charge for a financial plan?

£800.

Do you take a percentage or are your fees fixed?

Percentage based but we are always happy to take a view on our fees, dependant on the work to be done.

Do you get commission?

We do receive commission from providers when arranging protection policies and mortgages. We will always discuss the level of commission with you before you commit to anything.

Do you charge VAT?

We do not usually charge VAT.
